Each shot is a piece of my journey

I started my photography journey on a hot summer day in 2018. At first, I didn’t know what to point my camera at, so I focused on photographing people in their environment. I haven’t stopped since.

I roamed the streets of my native Brussels for years, but since then I’ve taken my camera to Hong Kong, Istanbul, Bangkok, Rome, Tangier and beyond, capturing the simple beauty of people going about their life.

My photographic style has attracted interest from both private and public institutions such as Volvo, the City of Brussels, and the Region of Flanders. I’ve also spoken at events, and my work has been exhibited in Europe and Asia.

Every photo here is a piece of my story. If one speaks to you, I’d love for it to be part of your space. I hope you find something that inspires you.

Thank you for stopping by.

Mehdi.

I delivered work for them

Testimonials from happy clients who commissioned me to bring their ideas to life

We had the pleasure of working together on the Volvo campaign "The Street is our Showroom" as well as one for Verkeersveiligheid. Mehdi led both projects impeccably. We gave him a lot of freedom to come up with his own ideas and he delivered work that all parties were very satisfied with.

Myriam MaesHead of Production - FamousGrey

After discovering his work on Instagram, we asked Mehdi to design our Plan B campaign for KBC Brussels. He responded perfectly to the brief, without hesitating to bring his 'eye' to it. He was also very flexible, managing the production from A to Z while working quickly and well. He clearly justified the trust placed in him.

We chose Mehdi for his street photographer's eye and he delivered exactly what we wanted for the Brussels Mobility project. The collaboration was great throughout.
